3rd year of cheaper medicine law: failure
after three years of its passing, the cheaper medicine law in the Philippines known as the Universally Accessible Cheaper and Quality Medicine Act of 2008 still hasn't done anything significant to bring down the prices of medicines in the country.
it created euphoria when it was passed as it promised to make medicines, well, cheaper but alas, it was an illusion.
